Welcome to our family run boutique cat hotel.
Our small & friendly cattery is well located on the borders of Dunham Massey and Broadheath so its easy to get to from Altrincham, Hale, Timperely, Broadheath, Sale , Stretford, Greater Manchester. located close to motorway links and Manchester Airport.
We also offer other small pets a home when you are on holiday or for longer periods when you are unable to care for them yourselves. We do not cater for dogs.
We are located on a small private livery/stable yard offering a quiet & peaceful environment. CCTV covers the premises so it's very safe & secure for your beloved pet.
Between us we have years of experience in looking after all sorts of animals previously at an animal sanctuary & boarding cattery looking after various species. Qualifications include: BSC Hons in Zoology and a fully qualified Veterinary nurse

At our cattery we are devoted to offering your feline bestie a home away from home while you cannot.
With just 10 luxury suites each a purrfect size for one cat but with oodles of space for two, we are able to offer an exclusive & personal service; plenty of cuddle & play time to go with the serious business of caring in every way for your boy or girl. Each of our cat pens is equipped with a cosy sleeping area, different levels & shelves to explore & sensory toys to keep them happy & healthy.
There is a minimum stay of 2 nights- you are welcome to stay just one night but you will be charged for 2 (a minimum of 5 nights over the Christmas & New Year period). All prices include food however if your cat requires a certain type of food or has a special diet please provide your own (there is no discount given for this).
Current vaccination cards/records must be provided by email before arrival or on arrival, your cat must be fully vaccinated & up-to-date with subsequent yearly boosters.

We love all animals so looking after your small pet(s) is our pleasure.
We have a small number of cosy homes for you to choose from in case you are unable to bring your own, please contact us for availability. You are more than welcome to bring along your pets belongings so he or she feels at home with us.
We accommodate Guinea pigs, rats, hamsters amongst other small pets.
Fresh bedding & hay are included in the price however please provide your pet's food.

Pricing
Cats
Prices are per night checking in after 12:00 checking out before 11:00. Early check in/late check outs can be arranged if available at the time of booking, you may be required to pay for additional nights. Out of hours check in/check out's are occasionally possible, within reason, an hourly fee of £10 will apply for each hour outside of our standard opening times. Additional Services
Cat & Critter Cab

We are here if you need your pet(s) collecting or dropping off. £12.50 within a 5 mile radius, £1.50 per additional mile.
Claw Clipping

Ask about our claw clipping service, as we can clip your pets claws during their stay with us.

Deposits & Payments
Payment
We accept payment by cash & bank transfer.
Payment is to be made at least 7 days before your pets arrival. For stays over Christmas & New Year payment is due 14 days before arrival.
Deposit
We ask that you pay a non refundable deposit when making a booking for your cat of 10% (If 10% is lower than £20 a minimum deposit of £20 is required apart from small pets where its a minimum deposit of £10).
Your booking is only confirmed when we are in receipt of your completed booking form or a quick book form & you have paid the required deposit.
For bookings made within 14 days of arrival a 50% deposit is required & within 7 days full payment is required.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your booking 8 days or more before arrival we will retain your deposit.
If you cancel your booking 7 days or less before arrival we will retain 100% of the booking value.
Any changes made to your booking will be looked at on an individual basis however at certain times of the year or within 14 days of your intended arrival you may be required to cancel & re book)

It can be stressful to board your pet. If you have any questions or concerns about how we make your pet's home away from home, please contact us.
As a small cattery we do not have staff monitoring the phone. The best way to check availability is to send an email. For anything else please text or WhatsApp and we will get back to you ASAP, within opening hours.

We look after your pets on bank & public holidays however we are closed so pick up & drop off is not possible. Also closed for pick up & drop off,
Christmas Eve/Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve/Day.
Closed in addition to bank & public holidays 23 & 24 NOV, 8-16 DEC 24. 19 APR 25.
We will not answer calls, emails, texts etc on these dates.
